PARTNER CERTIFICATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Only certified partners can purchase spare parts, RFID products, FX3-LX printers, and print engines.
Certification is issued upon course completion and is valid for 2 years, tied to the individual—not the company.
Training for spare parts
• Complete DOJO spare parts training within 6 months of partnership.
• At least one technical employee must be certified.
• Certification grants ordering access.
Training for FX3-LX
• Requires online DOJO training + in-person session.
• Certification enables sales of all FX3-LX variants.
• SATO-developed applications are billed hourly (see price list).
• Go-to-market strategy shared post-certification.
Training for print engines
• For partners selling or integrating Print & Apply systems.
• Requires:

Online + on-site training
• Certification allows sales and support of print engines and parts.
Training for RFID
• Basic RFID training on DOJO is mandatory.
• At least one employee must be certified.
• Non-SATO tag configurations by SATO are billed hourly.
