SATO’s integrated Barcode Validator for the CL4NX Plus Series printer offers an affordable solution that allows users to check the accuracy of printed 1D and 2D barcode symbologies. The Barcode Validator provides customers with reliable results needed to comply with quality assurance standards or mandated compliance requirements. Simple configuration makes it easy to setup and offers seamless printing operation to SATO’s CL4NX Plus printers.
The integrated solution ensures the integrity of barcode data regardless of whether using printer emulation languages or even if printed out as a graphic image, such as printing from Windows applications. To reduce the risk of applying poor quality labels, the CL4NX Plus Barcode Validator has an overstrike feature to retract and void the label if the barcode does not scan. It can be configured to automatically reprint the label or stop printer operation altogether, thus reducing label waste due to printing issues. For companies who have labeling mandates, you can use the built-in logging option to capture printed label information and create an audit file that can be uploaded to host systems for archiving purposes.

Ease of Use
Built with integrity and engineered for both operator ease and productivity, the CL6NX Plus represents the next evolution in this product series and is designed to exceed expectations for modern printing technology. It supports media rolls up to 8.6-inches (220 mm) in outer diameter and ribbons up to 1,968 feet (600 m), while its Smart Print Head technology tracks usage specific to the installed print head. The platen roller with the Pure Line indicator provides a visual cue for wear, enabling users to proactively replace this critical component. With regard to consumable components, the CL6NX Plus remains one of the most user-friendly industrial desktop printers, allowing tool-free replacement of both the print head and platen roller.
Micro Label Print Mode
The Micro Label Print Mode provides higher print accuracy for small pitch labels and can dispense labels as small as 10 mm. With SATO Application Enabled Printing (AEP), users can create custom standalone applications that run directly on the printer independent of host software. Peripheral devices such as keyboards, weighing scales and barcode scanners can be connected directly to the printer for seamless data input.
RFID
Businesses can save labor, speed up their operations and enjoy many advantages from using the CLNX Plus RFID Series of printers. The CL6NX Plus can print text and barcodes on UHF labels and tags, and encode data in their embedded chips at the same time. Equipped with an on-screen menu, it eliminates the need for manual antenna adjustment. Additionally, the printer can verify RFID chip readiness before encoding, helping prevent failures.
Up to 10 frequently used settings can be registered for writing to and reading from different types of labels or tags. By selecting a stored setting, users can easily encode multiple types of media with a single printer. Compatibility with specialty RFID labels and tags, including those designed for use on metal surfaces, further broadens application possibilities.
60° Wide Print Head Opening with Pure Line Platen Roller
