Extended Warranty

By extending the standard factory warranty for up to five years, customers can align product warranty with planned product life cycles. In the event of an issue, the device is shipped to Elo, repaired, and returned to the customer.

Extended Warranty coverage may be purchased at the time of purchase or up to one year after the purchase of an Elo device.

Advance Unit Replacement

Get peace of mind with Elo's optional Advance Unit Replacement warranty. In the event a device requires service, all your customers have to do submit a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request through Elo's online portal. If phone support does not resolve the issue, Elo will ship a replacement unit next business day.

On-Site Exchange

Elo offers an optional On-Site Exchange warranty to cover customers in the event a device requires service. All a customer has to do is submit a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request through Elo's online portal and they handle the rest. Elo's technicians will come on location, replace the defective unit and schedule its pick-up and removal to the customer up and running again in no time.
