Available for Star TSP654II Thermal POS Printer, the versatile Star HI X Connect with Star CloudPRNT provides intelligent printing for Cloud retail, logistics and hospitality applications enabling unparalleled flexibility for remote receipt and remote order printing using a standard receipt printer.

Featuring:

• Dual USB and Ethernet ports, the HI X Connect interface is also WiFi ready supporting a range of wireless adapters for reliable wireless connectivity.
•  Two USB host ports to drive peripherals including scanners and to support peripheral charging. This enables simpler system connectivity via a single hub without the need for a local Point of Sale Terminal or PC.

The HI X Connect interface incorporates Star’s secure remote and proximity based printing technologies including:

• Star CloudPRNT enabling remote document and label printing from a web server from any network without the need for a local POS terminal, ideal for cloud based POS applications such as restaurant aggregation, click and collect applications and logistics.
• Star WebPRNT providing independent HTML / JavaScript printing for local web based applications.
• Star PassPRNT, a sophisticated print data relaying development tool for Star’s range of TSP654II, TSP743II and TSP847II receipt, ticket and label thermal printers. Star’s PassPRNT app can be downloaded from Google Play and the App Store.
• Star Cloud Services including Star’s Digital Receipt Service and Cloud Analytics.
• Peripheral Ready no PC required peripheral use including scanners with 2 USB host ports.

Upgrade your existing TSP654II

The Star HI X Connect interface can be purchased as a plug-in interface option to upgrade existing Star TSP654II printers. Alternatively purchase a TSP654II with the HI X Connect interface already built in.

Star’s HI X Connect interface is also available for Star’s TSP743II, TSP847II Thermal POS Printers and the SP700 Matrix Kitchen Printer.
