The warranty period for printheads is 12 months or one (1) million inches whichever comes first from the date of invoice to the customer. For thermal print head spare parts, the warranty is limited to three (3) months from the date of invoice to the customer.

The warranty does not cover thermal printhead which has been misused, altered, neglected, handled carelessly, failure to conduct regular maintenance or cleaning, or damaged due to improper cleaning or unauthorized repairs.

For the full range of TSC printers we also offer an EXTENDED WARRANTY up to a total of 5 years for printers.

Resellers have access to spare parts and the service chosen with the purchase.
