Access to the Website - Account Management

I need to log into a customer account. How to do that?
From BlueStar, we can only add administrator accounts. You can check the customer card in Navision if there is an active account in the Web User field.
If this field is empty, you can fill it yourself and the system will send the temporary password on the next update process.
If the field is already filled, you can update it by yourself: you have the right to do so in NAV.
If an extra user needs to be added, your contact will have to contact their Bluestore customer account administrator to add them to the list of authorized users.
-
Why is my customer not receiving the email confirmation?
Navision uploads the information on the webstore every 2 hours during the working schedule. So, it may take a moment until your customer can access to his account.
Also, sometimes spam filters can be a little too trigger-happy. Ask your contact to check his/her Junk Email folder and click on the refresh button of their mail client.
-
Can you please resend the password for customer [XYZ]?
Your customer ( or even you actually ) can reset his/her password using the “Forgot Password?” tool:
The password resend/change is also accessible from the incorrect login screen.
-
My customer opened another account with us but he can’t put his e-mail as admin since it’s already used in their previous account. Can we fix this?
Of course, you can fix this! Go to the customer card in Navision. If the previous account needs to remain active, put in another admin E-mail address. If the account will not be active anymore, just delete the E-mail address from this field:
Online Consulting of orders / invoices / delivery notes / pricing

Why does my contact not have access to prices, view orders, or invoices?
The main user (admin of the account ) can edit the access for his sub-accounts from the “Manage Users” module on his profile. We cannot do it for them. Ask your contact to reach out to his/her company admin and request his/her rights to be changed.
Not sure who that admin is? Check the customer card in Navision!
-
Why can’t my customer find a specific order in my “Current orders” list?
Orders are only available from the day those were placed until the day they got shipped. If the order was shipped, try checking it at “Invoices”. You still have access to the tracking numbers there.
-
How can my contact download their company’s invoices and/or Delivery notes?
By clicking on “My account” in the top bar of the BlueStore after they have logged in, then by selecting “My account” again, and finally by selecting “Invoices” in the list in the left pane.

Commercial & Technical RMA's
-
I am trying to log a Commercial RMA for my customer. Why can’t I find the invoice?
Remember the format is CUSTOMER_Nº/INVOICE_Nº. You cannot search by PO.
-
My customer is trying to log a Technical RMA. Why can’t they log in against a serial number that Bluestar did not purchase?
Yes, they can! Your customer can still register a non-recognized Serial Number. He will be requested additional information about the SKU.
Quick Order
-
Can my customer order multiple SKUs at one time or do they need to enter line by line?
Your customer can use the ‘Quick Orders’ link in the upper right corner of BlueStore after logging in.
Here they will be able to copy in a list of SKU's in this box and click “load list” ;
-
Is it possible for a customer to request a quote online?
Yes indeed. Your customer can use the ‘Quick Orders’ link in the upper right corner of BlueStore after logging in, then load in the SKUs for which he/she needs a quote, click on “load list” and click on “receive price/lead time”: a quote will arrive in his/her mailbox less than 1 minute later!
-
Why are some of the SKUs in our quotes coming from Quick Order or Navision underlined?
The underlined SKUs in the quotes have direct links to the page on BlueStore so it’s easier for the customer to see up-to-date stock levels any time, alternatives, or accessories.
-
My customer buys the same products regularly. Is there a way they can more easily order these without having to select line by line each time?
Yes, there is a way! When browsing the BlueStore for their favorite products, customers can mark these by clicking on the heart logo in which case it will turn red.
You will find all the marked SKUs under “saved products” at the top bar.
When visiting that page they can then select the SKUs they want to add to their basket, change quantity & and click on “add to basket” to proceed with the next steps for checkout.
