The New Epson Partner Portal Will Be Launching Soon

The Epson Partner Portal is a single platform custom‑built for the diverse needs of our partners. Depending on your partnership with Epson, you will be able to do the following:
- Place Orders
- View Order History
- Create Order Reports
- Check a Product Warranty
- Create a Service Event
- View Service History
- Generate Service Reports
- Access Marketing Product Resources
- Download Price Sheets
- Partner Program Info
- Sales Training
Here are some key dates to keep in mind.
Monday, July 8, 6 p.m. PST
Last day and time to submit Deal Registration and Product Evaluation forms as these features will be disabled until the new site is live at 6 a.m. PST on Thursday, July 11
Wednesday, July 10, 6 p.m. PST
Last day and time to for all new sales and service order activities in Epson Insider
Thursday, July 11
The new Epson Partner Portal is live at 6 a.m. PST

What will happen to Epson Insider?
Epson Insider is being replaced by the new Epson Partner Portal. When the new platform launches on Thursday, July 11, you will no longer have access to the Epson Insider site. Any user going to EpsonInsider.com will automatically be redirected to the new Epson Partner Portal login page.
Do I need to do anything before the transition?
Please be sure to complete all sales and service order activities by Wednesday, July 10, 6 p.m. PST.
If you are authorized for our Deal Registration or Product Evaluation Programs, the last day and time to submit these forms will be Monday, July 8, 6 p.m. PST (as these features will be disabled until the new site is live at 6 a.m. PST on Thursday, July 11).
