A factory-certified technician will determine the number of access points or wireless switches needed for proper WLAN coverage based on the customer's application. We will provide you a thorough written report that graphically illustrates the results. WLAN Installation:
A ProServices technician will install and configure the RF appliances per the site survey report. Once complete, the technician will certify the WLAN network is performing optimally. Installation includes 2 hours of help desk support post-installation for questions related to the installation.

Hardware Installation:
A ProServices technician will visit the end user's site to install any of the mobile equipment we provide. This price includes traveling to the location, setting up the computers and all peripherals.

Technical Services:
BlueStar provides numerous services in-house to enable you with turnkey solutions so these products arrive ready to work without hassle. Hardware Integration Services:
Designed to take the work out of large and small projects, BlueStar's hardware configuration technicians can pre-integrate many parts of a POS, AIDC, or RFID system, to make your installations more efficient. Common examples of this service include adding cutters or network interface cards to printers.

Software Integration Services:
BlueStar's Software Integration Services are designed to help VARs serve their customers more efficiently. BlueStar technicians can pre-load software onto All-in-One POS, PCs, and hand-held computers, allowing VARs to install "plug-and-play" systems for their end-user customers.

System Bundling:

Bar Code Testing:
Our brand agnostic technicians will test your bar code with scanners you request to determine which performs optimally. We have experience testing a wide variety of materials ranging from marked parts to reflective tags. For an additional up-charge, we can analyze the bar code with a verifier and provide the detailed report to you.
