RMA Repair Requests

This page is for requesting CipherLab RMA repairs (in or out of warranty) ONLY. Please contact your BlueStar Account Manager for all other return requests (wrong model ordered/shipped, etc...) that fall within our 30 day return policy.

After submission, a CipherLab RMA agent will respond with a RMA number and shipping details or request additional information as needed.
