RMA Request Repair / DOA
If you shall send a product to BlueStar for repair, warranty or non-warranty related or a DOA, you must apply for and obtain an RMA number before returning the product.

Send the completed form back to techsupport.emea(at)bluestarinc.com and you will receive an RMA confirmation number and instructions on how to return your product for service.
